Mercedes CLK

     A rear-wheel drive coupe, the Mercedes Benz CLK happens to be a luxury car which is modelled on the basis of the C-Class. Launched in 1996 and it actually paved the way for the venture of Mercedes Benz into the mid-sized coupe auto-market. With aristocratic and classy looks, this series consists of various outstanding models like the CLK 350, CLK 550, and CLK 63 AMG, etc.

        The CLK63 AMG is a sporty version in the CLK series that has emerged quite a winner in all aspects. With a 481 bhp, naturally aspirated, 6.2 litre V8 engine, this is one among the most powerful of all versions. It is available in the Coupe as well as the Cabriolet models and is equipped with a 7-speed automatic transmission which makes it possible to reach 60mph in a mere 4.3 seconds. The low placement of the suspension also imparts a sense of an aggressively composed drive and the efficient brakes also perform excellently even under extreme conditions. Quite a stunner, especially on the race track, the CLK 63 AMG has also brought out its 'Black Series' which has caught on like wild fire with affluent track enthusiasts.
